About the Program

Pinky VFX Organizer is an intelligent application designed for compositing artists, created specifically for fast and convenient organization of video files and sequences, project structure preparation, and automatic generation of “.nk” files for Nuke.

The application automatically distributes source materials into a predefined folder structure using both built-in and custom templates. It supports working with video files and sequences, including detection of format, resolution, FPS, and frame count. All source files are copied into a separate “sourceplate” subfolder, ensuring project independence from the original file locations and simplifying data transfer.

During the project setup process, Pinky VFX Organizer generates a “.nk” file that automatically includes Read nodes, Viewer, Backdrop frames, and all necessary project settings — frame range, frame rate, image format, and export nodes.

The interface supports drag-and-drop functionality, undo/redo actions, and flexible configuration of folder naming and hierarchy. The built-in licensing system provides program protection and access control.
